Download the app from the App Store and open it. The actions will automatically appear in the Apple Shortcuts app. When creating or editing a shortcut, search for "Shortcut Actions" to find all 60+ available actions.

AI-powered actions use Apple Intelligence, which requires the Neural Engine available only in iPhone 15 Pro and newer models. All 38 free actions work on any device running iOS 26+. Only the 11 premium AI actions require the newer hardware.

Open Shortcut Actions and go to Settings. Tap "Restore Purchase" to regain premium access on any device using the same Apple ID. Premium is a one-time purchase that works across all your devices.

Global variables let you store and reuse values across different shortcuts. Use "Set Global Variable" to save a value, then "Get Global Variable" to retrieve it in any shortcut. Variables sync securely across your devices via iCloud Keychain.

Make sure you're signed in to iCloud on all devices and iCloud Keychain is enabled in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Keychain. Variables may take a few minutes to sync between devices. If issues persist, try toggling iCloud Keychain off and on.

Shortcut Actions is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 26+. While it may run on iPad in compatibility mode, the experience is optimized for iPhone. AI features require an iPhone 15 Pro or newer.

Premium ($9.99 one-time): 21 premium actions including 11 AI-powered features (contact extraction, invoice parsing, OCR, meeting analysis, document classification) plus advanced Notion database operations.
