Information We Collect

GDPR/CCPA Regions

We don't collect any data for GDPR/CCPA Regions

Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This helps us improve the app and decide which features to develop next. You can opt out at any time.

What We Collect:

  • Feature Usage: Which Actions and Examples you view in the app. This helps us understand which features are most popular so we can prioritize development.
  • Device Information: Type of device, operating system version, and app version
  • Session Data: Basic usage metrics automatically collected by Firebase Analytics, such as when you open the app and approximate session duration
  • Installation ID: A randomly generated identifier for your app installation (not linked to your personal identity)

Crash Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose app crashes and technical issues. This helps us maintain app quality and fix bugs quickly.

What We Collect:

  • Crash logs and error reports
  • Device information at the time of crash (device model, OS version)
  • Installation UUID (app instance identifier)
  • App state information when the crash occurred

This data is technical in nature and does not identify you personally.

Local Data and iCloud Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account:

  • AI Prompt Configurations: Custom prompts and templates you create
  • AI Chat Sessions: Your chat conversations, including messages and any image attachments you add to chats
  • Web Service Connections: Web service endpoints and configurations you set up
  • Automation Workflows: Your custom shortcuts and integrations (such as N8N configurations)

Important: This data is stored using Apple's Keychain and iCloud services. It remains under your control, is encrypted, and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers. Only you can access this data through your Apple ID.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  1. Improve the App: Understand which features are most popular to guide future development. Optimize app performance and usability
  2. Fix Bugs: Identify and resolve crashes and technical issues

Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google LLC, to collect the analytics and crash data described above.

Important Information:

  • Firebase services are only active in regions outside of the European Union and California
  • Firebase may process data on servers located in the United States and other countries
  • Firebase is bound by Google's strict privacy and security standards
  • Google does not use this data for their own advertising purposes

Firebase Privacy Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

We do not use any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Third-Party AI Services (AI Chat Feature)

The App includes an optional AI Chat feature that allows you to have conversations with various AI providers. This feature only activates when you choose to use it and provide your own API key for a third-party AI service.

Supported AI Providers:

  • Apple Intelligence: On-device processing using Apple's Foundation Models (no data sent to external servers)
  • OpenAI: GPT models - Privacy Policy
  • Anthropic: Claude models - Privacy Policy
  • Google: Gemini models - Privacy Policy
  • OpenRouter: Multi-model proxy service - Privacy Policy
  • Ollama: Self-hosted local server (data stays on your network)

Important Information:

  • When you use the AI Chat feature with a third-party provider, your chat messages (and any attached images) are sent directly to that provider's servers
  • Your API keys are stored securely in Apple's Keychain and are never transmitted to our servers
  • We do not have access to your conversations with third-party AI providers
  • Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data
  • You can use Apple Intelligence for fully on-device AI processing with no external data transmission

You are in control: The AI Chat feature is entirely optional. If you don't provide an API key or use the feature, no data is sent to any third-party AI service. Your chat history remains stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

We retain analytics and crash data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy:

  • Crash Reports: Retained for up to 90 days as per Firebase Crashlytics retention policy
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form to track long-term trends
  • No Personal Data: Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to delete
